Behavioral

It was non-personal and felt very cold. I'm not sure I'd interview with them again, though maybe others would have a different take. It wasn't the most reassuring way to find good candidates.

Behavioral Case

It was pretty easy and straightforward. They asked the usual questions you'd expect for a sales role. They wanted answers using the STAR method. Overall, it was a good time and not too stressful. They asked about my past experiences and for specific examples.

I first sent my resume through the CPG website and was contacted by a recruiter. We had a 20-minute phone chat, and then I moved on to the hiring manager. My next interview was with the hiring manager and an HR person. This part of the interview focused on typical sales management skills like managing time, prioritizing, and closing deals. I also had to create a PowerPoint presentation about my first 90 days in the market. After that, I had to take a personality and IQ test. The personality test was really intense; I spent about two hours with a psychologist being tested on memory, calculations, and how I think. After getting the results of my psych exam, I was offered the job.
