Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation

The hiring process was very clear, well-organized, and fast. It had 4 main parts: First, a phone call with HR to check my profile, cultural fit, and mutual expectations. Then, an offline technical test (about 4 hours of work) on a real-world Data Science / NLP problem. After that, a managerial interview with two members of the Data team. We discussed my code, followed by a very deep technical discussion (specific questions on Data Science, tools, and methods) to confirm my overall expertise. Finally, an interview focused on the company's 'Values', which happened the day after the managerial interview. I got the final offer just two days after this last chat. I really liked how quick the feedback was.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

You start by submitting your CV online or through a referral. The Talent Acquisition team will check if it matches the role. If it does, you'll get a phone screening or recruiter call to chat about your background, why you want the job, and if you're a good fit. They might ask some basic professional questions and maybe a few technical ones, depending on the role. After the recruiter call, you'll usually have more interviews with the hiring manager and/or team members. Each of these interviews lasts about 45–60 minutes. For many jobs, these will include technical interviews with tech questions, problem solving, and maybe live coding if it's a technical role. You'll also have behavioral and values interviews where you'll use the STAR method (Situation-Task-Action-Result) to talk about your past experiences and how they align with Mirakl’s values, like teamwork, problem solving, and client focus. Some roles might require an assessment or case work. If it's a technical or analytical role, you could get a take-home assignment or a case study to finish before discussing it later. For sales or business roles, you might have role plays or presentations. Some roles also have a loop of interviews with different team members to see how you fit with Mirakl’s core values and how you collaborate across teams. After all interviewers give their feedback, Mirakl usually lets you know their decision within about 2 weeks after your final interviews. Once you accept, Mirakl has a structured onboarding program and often assigns a “buddy” to help you get settled in.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case Other

The process was demanding but very human, with real coherence at each step. I met several key stakeholders: HR, CTO, Chief Customer Officer, a VP Engineering, the head of strategy, and one of the co-founders. The discussions were varied and often in the form of concrete simulations, which allows for evaluating reflection, decision-making, and communication in realistic contexts. The interviews combined strategic discussions (product vision, Product/Tech/CS alignment) and a cultural dimension, with a strong emphasis on soft skills and the fit with Mirakl's values: ambition, collaboration, and customer focus. A complete, structured, and supportive experience, reflecting the company.

Received an email to schedule the interview, a candidate guide was provided to help with preparation. Had a 30-minute phone interview, with general questions about my background. Was asked to use the STAR method. Had an interesting discussion, and received very clear information about the company and the role.
