I sent my resume and they reached out. Then I talked to HR about setting up the interview. I had two 30-minute interviews back-to-back with different people from the company. Then I had a final 10-minute chat with the supervisor to confirm they wanted me. They said they'd let me know in about 2 weeks.

4 interviews for an internship??? we need to stop these long processes for an internship that doesn't even lead to a permanent position. Interviews based on the STAR method, no relevance of questions, process way too academic and theoretical.
