The process was quite long but well executed. I had an initial HR interview, followed by three separate interviews with team members. One of these interviews involved a practical case study, for which I received documentation in advance to prepare. The other interviews were standard Q&A sessions. Everyone I met was friendly and aimed to understand my profile and assess potential fit with the company.

Behavioral Case Presentation

There were 5 interviews in total, with 3 of them happening back-to-back. The process was well-organized, and they provided materials to help prepare. The interviews were professional, and there was time at the end to ask questions. However, there was a lot of repetition, with the same role-playing exercise done twice. At the end of the process, if a candidate wasn't selected, there was no feedback or explanation for the decision, even after I asked multiple times. It felt like a lot of my time for very little in return.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Describe a situation where you had to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and explain your organizational strategy.
  • Share an instance where you proactively offered assistance to a coworker.

So first, there was a phone screen with HR, then a call with the hiring manager, and then an in-person interview with three people from the team. They actually ended up picking someone internal at first. But I stayed in touch, and a few months later, another role came up. I had one more phone interview with the director of HR, and then they made me an offer.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about a time you had to manage a difficult or problematic vendor and what steps you took.
