I had a really great interview experience with Mirakl. The team was super welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The whole process was really organized and planned out. HR was quick to set up the interview and gave me all the info I needed. They were also really helpful with any questions I had beforehand. I'm thankful to the whole Mirakl / target2sell team for making it such a positive and good experience.

After an initial phone screening with a recruiter, I was invited for a series of in-person interviews at Mirakl's Paris office. I liked that the interviews were all condensed into half a day, and they got back to me very quickly (48h). I met with an HR person, my future manager, and people from other teams. Each person assesses you on one of the company's 5 core values. To succeed, you need to have prepared concrete examples from your past experiences that demonstrate how you've acted in line with Mirakl's values. Using the STAR method to answer questions is essential. It's highly recommended to research the company, its product, and its clients, and have one or two clients you can discuss. A good idea is to check out a client's website to see what a marketplace looks like. Prepare a couple of questions for the end of the interview to show you're thinking about the role and understand the challenges of a scaling company. For sales roles, the key step is the panel interview where you act as a Mirakl sales rep conducting a 15-minute initial meeting with a top prospect, pitching Mirakl with 3-4 slides.
