The interview process for this co-op position was quite straightforward. It involved an assessment focused on Excel skills and attention to detail. While the interview questions were generally standard, there were a few that touched on transit-related topics. The interviewers were friendly and understood that in-depth transit knowledge wasn't expected for a co-op role.

Behavioral Other

It was a long process with long gaps along the interview cycle. I applied and heard three months later about a first interview. Then the second interview took 2 months to secure. After that it was silence for about 4 months. When I was told there was strong interest in my candidacy. After that I heard nothing and received an email one year later to say that I didn't get the position.
