The interview process was structured with standard questions and moved quite quickly, taking about 6 weeks end-to-end. It felt thorough, fair, and focused on the candidate. I had an initial phone screen followed by a panel interview with the hiring manager and another Director.

So, there were 2 rounds in total. First, a phone screen with HR, then a virtual panel interview. They focused on behavioral questions. The questions weren't too tough, mainly asking for examples from my past work. Remember to prepare some questions to ask them at the end.

Applied for the position and got a call from HR for an interview that was scheduled for two weeks later. The interview was with the same HR person, a director from the department, and my potential supervisor. They asked preset but fair questions, all requiring sample cases from my experience to support the answers. They didn't provide any feedback during the interview, just read the questions and wrote down the answers. I never heard back from them after the interview, which makes me wonder what's going on on their end.
