Advisor
The overall interview process was fair and objective. It included an initial screening, a manager interview, and a senior leader interview. HR was very responsive and supportive with any questions I had during the process.
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next five years?
Business Advisor
I applied online and then HR reached out for a quick screening call. They checked my background and talked about the job and the company. After that, I got a business case study to work on and present to the interview panel. But on the interview day, the panel didn't seem too interested in the case study and didn't ask any follow-up questions, which made me feel like I wasted three days preparing for it. The whole interview felt like it was just reading from a script with only six set questions. No other questions were asked after I answered. It was very robotic and not very personal. They said I'd get feedback in a week, but it's been over a month and even after following up multiple times, I haven't heard anything back.
- Could you start by telling us a bit about yourself?
- Can you share an example of how you've successfully resolved conflicts?
- Which accomplishment are you most proud of?
Senior Advisor
I went through two virtual interview rounds with the hiring manager and another interviewer. They asked typical situational questions and gave me a chance to ask my own questions. The first round was scheduled via email. The second round involved a call where they left a voicemail, but when I called back, there was no answer, and I had to follow up again to find out the interview was scheduled for the next day. After the second round, I didn't hear anything for 2-3 weeks, so I emailed the recruiter for an update but received no response. About 1.5 months later, I got an automated email stating I wouldn't be moving forward. It would be better if candidates could get feedback directly. Overall, I'm disappointed with the lack of communication from HR and the lack of respect for people's time.
- Tell me about a time you showed passion, as it's one of our values.
