Behavioral Other

Two interviews were conducted online with cameras on. They covered general behavior questions and explained the job. You should be ready to talk about specific situations and how you handled them. They have a set of questions they will ask, and they record your answers for documentation and protocol, which they mentioned can feel a bit strange but is standard procedure.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about a time you faced a specific situation and how you resolved it.

Presentation Technical Case

I applied online and got a call to schedule a panel interview a week later. After the panel, I heard nothing from Metrolinx for a month, so I figured they chose someone else. Then, I got a written test, a business case to do over the weekend. A week after that, I had an Excel test at the Front St office. Another month of silence passed, and then they called to say I didn't get the job. This was the longest interview process ever in my 14 years of work. Metrolinx really needs to speed things up, as this took way too long.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Could you explain your interest in presto?
