Behavioral

The interview experience itself was fine, but the follow-up process was very exhausting. I was expecting an update within two weeks of the interview, which never came. After a month of waiting, when I reached out, they mentioned the position was filled. The interview involved introducing myself, chatting, and getting to know the team. I was confident in my answers, as they were basic questions about my experience. I understand I might not have been a good fit, but the lack of follow-up or informing me about the rejection was unpleasant.

Behavioral

The interview process was pretty straightforward, mostly involving behavioral questions like "Tell us a time when you..." and "What is your weakness?". It wasn't a super long interview, and the interviewer was really nice. All in all, it was a good experience, nothing to complain about.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The interview process had a few steps. First, a quick phone screen. After that, there were in-person or video interviews with the hiring manager and maybe some senior advisors. They wanted to see how much you knew about finance, if you could handle clients well, and if you were good at looking at data and making financial plans. Sometimes they asked behavioral questions to see if you'd fit in with the company culture.
