This was a 4 on 1 interview. They asked a couple of questions and spent most of the time discussing the role. The hiring process is lengthy, going through the campus CEO, and takes weeks. The management style is very micro.

I applied online and heard back in about 4 days. The first interview was a competency-based phone interview where I was asked 4 questions. The interviewer was nice and made me feel comfy. I got another response within a week for a technical interview happening this Friday. Fingers crossed!
