Applied online, then had a phone interview and one on-site interview for the technology analyst internship. Different groups interviewed me. Got an offer a week after the on-site. Overall it was a good experience.

So I talked to like 5 engineers, project leaders and directors in total. The project leaders were asking me to talk about my past work, like what companies I worked at, the kind of stuff we did, and if I'd do it again. The Director wanted a rundown of my whole career and then got into details about my previous jobs, asking what I did and what tech was involved. The engineers went more hands-on with tech questions, like asking about specific technologies and how I'd handle a certain task. The whole thing took about 4 hours.
- Could you tell me more about your experience, the companies you've worked for, the nature of the work performed, and whether you would consider working for them again?
- Could you give me a summary of your career path?
- Tell me about your previous employers, the specific tasks you performed for them, and the technologies you utilized.
Business Analyst
It was a face-to-face interview for a junior BA role. The interviewer was polite but hard to impress. She acknowledged my limited industry experience (a couple of years). She really dug into my background, my resume, and my biggest accomplishments and failures. Lots of situational questions were asked. She also wanted to gauge my commitment and my ability to work with minimal supervision.
