The interview process was pretty straightforward, mostly listening to me. It had 2 stages, both on-site. They mentioned a hybrid working arrangement. There was an Excel test. We talked about financial processes, systems, reporting, and how the team is structured. The office was nice and they even gave out free concert tickets. We covered expectations and the fast-paced, international, corporate, and global nature of the work.

I had a terrible candidate experience here, despite hearing great things about this company. In short, I had a total of 7 conversations across 4 months (inclusive of recruiter, hiring team + potential cross-functional colleagues). The interviews alone were a positive experience throughout, but then I was completely ghosted with zero updates for whether the position had been filled, went away, etc. The unprofessionalism and total lack of regard for candidate time was quite hurtful and shocking.

I was approached by an external recruiter for the role and went through 6 rounds of interviews which took over 2 months. The first 2 rounds were with different recruiters from the same company, which felt redundant. The 3rd round was with the hiring manager and was the only professional one. After that, it went downhill. The 4th round was supposed to be with a VP but turned into an awkward panel of 3 uncoordinated people. The 5th round was with a C-level exec, and then they decided there needed to be a 6th round with another senior executive. Strangely, they only asked for a written assessment after the 5th round, which seemed out of order and messy. They did say they liked the assessment though. The 6th round was particularly bad, taking over a month to schedule due to multiple last-minute reschedules, showing a lack of respect for my time. After the final round, the recruiter didn't provide updates, and I had lost interest and withdrew my application. They also did a reference check way too early, after the hiring manager round, which felt premature and unprofessional. The whole process was a poorly managed mess that left a bad impression and reflected poorly on the company. The C-level exec even admitted to a lack of internal structure.

I applied for the Strategic Sourcer role and the recruiting lead reached out about a Sourcer/Recruiter position. I had an initial chat, then I interviewed with the manager. The Zoom interview started late, and the interviewer was in her bedroom. It seemed to go okay, but after a week of no word, I reached out to the recruiter and coordinator with no luck. I waited another week and emailed again for feedback, but still nothing. A month later, no response, not even a generic rejection email - I was completely ghosted. It's really unprofessional, a quick reply takes no effort.
