I had a screening interview with an HR Representative. I was being considered for 2 different jobs, one junior role and one standard. The interview was pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary. I was told I would hear back within a week. I sent multiple follow up emails with no response until 1 month later when I was told that I was being passed on.

The interview process was really chaotic. I got a text from the recruiter asking about my availability for a phone screening. I thought it was for the job I applied for, but the recruiter asked me to talk about my background and experience without confirming the role. It was awkward because I didn't know what position they were calling about. Turns out, they got my contact info from a friend who recommended me for a completely different job that I didn't even want. The salary for the managerial role was also way too low for me. The recruiter was nice though, and we laughed it off, but they never followed up about the job I actually applied for. It was a very disorganized experience.

I interviewed with Roc Nation (Live Nation). It was a pretty standard process. There were two rounds: a recruiter phone screen and then a video interview with the hiring manager. Overall, it felt manageable.
