It was basic questions, very easy with the recruiter. It was a phone interview that lasted for about 15 minutes. The recruiter asked about my past experience and gave basic information about the role.

The interview process was okay. They told me I was overqualified for the role, even though my experience matched the job description. It felt like they didn't want to pay someone fairly, despite the company doing very well financially. I had connections with two employees who were supposed to help me get interviews in other departments, which seems to be the only way to get a foot in the door. However, both of them withdrew their offers after I declined their sexual advances.

My contact recommended me, and I got an interview. It started an hour late, but it was a decent interview. The president was attentive and it felt like a good environment. They said they'd let me know within 2 weeks, but I waited a month with no response. I followed up with my contact, who then heard from them that they had called me with the news, which they hadn't. It was rude and unprofessional, regardless of the mix-up. If you say you'll follow up, you need to.
