The interviewer was friendly and asked about my personal training background and motivations for becoming a trainer. Some other questions about my history were also asked. I felt positive after the interview and got a call offering me the job and outlining onboarding steps.

Front Desk Receptionist
The interview process was straightforward, involving two rounds with the operations manager and area manager. They inquired about my administrative background, organizational capabilities, and ability to multitask. They also asked me to simulate interacting with members. The whole thing took about 20 minutes and was quite easy.
- Can you describe how you would manage a challenging client interaction?
Front Desk
It started with very simple questions about myself and my time availability. Then went on to why i wanted to work for the company. Then asked about if im comfortable answering calls, interacting with members and doing saftey checks.
- Could you share a bit about yourself?
- How is your availability?

Sales Manager
After applying online, I got a call from the general manager about two days later to set up an in-person interview at the gym. I checked in at the front desk and waited about 10 minutes before meeting the manager in an office. The interview was one-on-one, about 25 to 30 minutes long. It was pretty informal but focused on my sales background, if I liked fitness, and if I'd be okay with membership quotas and doing outreach. The manager said the job involves cold calling, walk-ins, and sometimes promoting memberships outside the gym. They also talked about the commission structure and monthly targets. I was told I'd hear back in a few days.
- What's your approach when a potential member hesitates to sign up?
