Received an invitation on indeed for a general manager position at the Eastlake location. Went in for the interview and was told I would start as a fitness director with a salary of 115K a year. As the interview went on, I was told I would start a training period and my title would be sales advisor for about 2 months with a $16/hour pay. When I went in for my second interview, I was offered the job, but was still confused because the math wasn’t mathing. I texted the interviewer and initial interviewer, and they kept giving me the runaround without a clear answer. After looking up reviews about the company and their recruiting methods, I decided to move on. I am upset about the energy, time, and gas wasted and hope this review steers people away from their shady recruiting process.

It was a quick and to the point conversation about my past experience and what I can add to the team. There was also a mock sales pitch. The interview wasn't really structured, it felt more like an on-the-fly type of conversation.

It was a pretty informal interview process, not much structure. The second and third interviews were a bit more conventional but felt a bit forced, like they were just trying to create a sense of ranking. Both the second and third interviews were done over video. The second interview actually happened just 4 hours after the first one. Some parts of the process felt really disorganized and improvised.
