The interview process was straightforward, involving two rounds with the operations manager and area manager. They inquired about my administrative background, organizational capabilities, and ability to multitask. They also asked me to simulate interacting with members. The whole thing took about 20 minutes and was quite easy.

It was a lot of getting to know you and your work history questions and what your availability is and what your comfortable with. It was a one on one sit down following with a background check and then you wait for the next hiring manager to contact you 1-2 days later with an over the phone interview which then determines if they say your good to be hired and then the first manager will contact you if you are to be hired for the position

I talked to the hiring manager on the phone first, and then she invited me for an in-person interview. The whole process was pretty easy and straightforward. They mostly want to see if you're a nice person and can handle customer service well.
