Started with an online application, then had an online interview with an HR manager. After that, there was a quiz, followed by an assignment involving tasks typical for the role. The process concluded with an in-person interview with both HR managers and the potential future manager.

They interviewed experienced professionals without informing them it was a drive. My first interview was at 2 PM and I got the final result by 8 PM. The process was very long and poorly managed, wasting my whole day. Around 35 professionals showed up for just one opening, and it was a waste for everyone because after so many rounds, no one was hired. It was a very disappointing interview process.

The interview felt more like an intense examination, almost like a school viva. The interviewers seemed condescending, questioning every single detail and process of the campaign manager dashboard. It was as if they were searching for someone who could just memorize every function, toggle, and report, basically a robot. Even though I engaged thoughtfully and got positive feedback during the hour-long interview, my profile wasn't advanced. They seem to want someone with perfect expertise for the role. If you're really interested, you could apply, but honestly, there are tons of other companies out there that might be a better fit.

Applied for the Communications Manager role I saw on LinkedIn about 2 weeks ago. Got an email about a week later, late in the day, asking for my availability for a screening call the next week before Easter. Sent my availability, and the call was set up. It was a 30-minute screening call where I talked about my work history and how it relates to the job. At the end, I asked some comms-related questions, but the recruiter said to save those for the hiring manager. They also went over the employee benefits, which sounded really good. A few days later, I emailed for an update and was told they had just finished screening calls after mine and were reviewing CVs, and would be in touch if my application was successful. It's been about 3-4 weeks now and I haven't heard anything, so I assume I wasn't successful and got ghosted.
