The interview process was smooth with quick responses. It was relatively easy to crack, as long as you have in-depth knowledge of at least one platform. The only downside is the requirement to go to the office three days a week, but the work culture is great, managers are cool, and work-life balance is good.

Behavioral Technical Case

It was a 2-round interview process, generally easy with basic questions and questions about your work experience. There was a situation-based question related to Google Ads Search. Both managers asked the same things, nothing more. Good luck to everyone!

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, I applied online and they were pretty quick to get back to me. Second, I was asked to fill out a timed math pre-assessment. Again, nothing too crazy. The questions revolved around pretty basic math and you had ample enough time to complete it. Following the pre-assessment, an HR representative reached out for a phone interview. This was pretty conversational and informal, discussing background information and opportunities available at the company. Finally, I went in to the office for a in-person interview. Even the in-person interview was pretty conversational, discussing background information and how it applies to the duties of the role. If anything, I would have preferred a little more detail and formality with the expectations of the role -- definitely come prepared with all and every question regarding the role as you may be driving the conversation.
