The process was very long, I went through multiple interviews with different team members, plus they asked me to do a practical exercise and an exam, and there was no feedback from the agency, they simply said the profile had changed.

So first up was this panel interview, like 12 interviewers, wow. They started with a short presentation about the company, then we had to do a study case. We were split into 3 groups and given about 30 minutes to figure out a solution, then we had to give a 10-minute presentation on it. If we passed that, we then had a 1 on 1 with the HR Manager and the Director. This part was basically them asking situational questions, about my background, and stuff like that to get to know me better personally. They also discussed salary with me then.

First, we submit your resume and answer some basic questions. Then, you'll have an HR interview over the phone or video. This is a short intro call to see if you're a good fit, if you understand the role, and what your expectations are. After that, the hiring manager will interview you for an in-depth discussion about your experience, skills, past campaigns, and how you approach problems. Finally, we'll do reference checks, make a job offer, and start the onboarding process.
