The process took about six weeks. It started with phone screens, followed by Zoom interviews, and then a full day of on-site interviews in Sunnyvale. The on-site day went really well. The next day, the recruiter asked for references, specifically from my current manager. I gave them the references, but then heard nothing for a month. When I followed up the second time, they said they hired someone else. My references said they were never contacted. So, just a heads-up, Intuitive asks for a reference from your current manager before deciding on an offer, then ghosts you. Super unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend interviewing with them.

A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. We first had a video call, and it went great. After that, the recruiter set up a second video interview with the hiring manager. It wasn't bad, but it felt more like a chat than a real interview. They said I'd hear back in 10 days. Two weeks passed, so I nudged the recruiter for an update. It took another two weeks for them to reply, saying they were still interviewing others and would let me know in a week. I never heard back, and honestly, I was over it by then and didn't follow up.

Started with a recruiter reaching out on LinkedIn, which seemed promising. They outlined a process: first, a video call with the hiring manager, then a take-home assignment, followed by an online coding challenge with a lead, and finally an on-site interview with a panel. The recruiters were really nice and explained each step clearly. I made it to the online coding round, solved the problem, and the lead seemed happy with my solution and how I handled it. But then, suddenly, I was ghosted. Even when I asked, the recruiters just said everything was fine, but nothing moved forward. After waiting a month, I just gave up. It felt really unprofessional, especially since the manager on the video call talked about needing a 'highly professional and proficient engineer'. I won't try again.

The hiring process involves about 5 rounds. It starts with a quick phone call with a recruiter. Then, you'll have an in-person meeting with the hiring manager. If they're impressed, you'll shadow a sales rep for a full day in their territory to see what the job is really like. After that, there are two more in-person interviews with other sales directors. You should get an offer after the final interview. Overall, it was a really great experience, and I accepted my offer because they were very thoughtful in how they interviewed candidates. They prioritize hiring people based on their personality rather than just their resume. Be ready to talk confidently about yourself and your positive qualities.
