Senior Manager
The whole thing took like 10 weeks. First there was a phone screen, then a Zoom call, and then two onsite interviews. They asked for references and I gave them, but I found out later they never even called them. I get that the holidays might have slowed things down, but it felt way too long. Didn't get the job in the end. The long wait and the reference thing were kinda unprofessional.

Manager
There are several levels of interviews over the course of several weeks. They can be panel or individual. Just be yourself and be confident, it’s a great company to work for.

Change Manager
The hiring process began with an HR chat, followed by discussions with the hiring manager(s) and then leaders from teams I would collaborate with. There were also optional follow-up chats. About two months after applying, HR extended an offer. During the offer conversation, the recruiter shared incorrect details about the remote work aspect, and a hiring manager later clarified this with me directly. I also inquired about a salary match, and another manager mentioned HR would follow up. The following week, I noticed the job posting had changed to on-site instead of remote, which I didn't dwell on given the offer. A week later, I emailed the hiring managers (whom I was told to contact directly, presumably because of the initial HR miscommunication) and HR. HR then informed me that the hiring managers had decided to pursue a different candidate for the role. HR apologized, admitting they weren't aware I hadn't been informed of this decision. So, I was left with a pending offer, a reposted job, and no communication about the change in direction. Even though remote work is my preference, I wasn't given a chance to discuss my offer with the hiring managers before they relisted the position. I wouldn't have known about any of this if I hadn't reached out. The most disheartening part was that neither of the managers I'd built a connection with over those two months contacted me. They left HR, whom they had initially excluded from the discussions, to handle the situation with minimal information about my application status.
