Had a good experience with the interview process. The panel was very knowledgeable and accommodating, which gave me enough time to clearly explain my points and background. They asked a lot of code and scenario-based questions that were a bit more challenging than average. The panel made sure to offer feedback afterward, which was helpful.

The interview process had two virtual technical rounds to check my core tech skills and problem-solving. Then, a final on-site session that lasted about 3 hours. This last part had two technical interviews, one behavioural, and one managerial. So I did all the rounds, including the full day on-site. But after all that, I heard nothing. I followed up three times, and then finally got told I was rejected. No feedback at all, not even anything constructive. It felt like they didn't communicate well or respect my time and effort.

The interview process with Informatica was really solid. I applied in early March and had my first phone screen about a month later. After that, I had two interviews with folks on the team, including the hiring manager, followed by a panel presentation. The presentation gave me a chance to show how I think about customer success, drive value, and communicate impact. It was definitely the most involved part of the process, but also the most rewarding - I appreciated that it felt realistic and relevant to the role. From first conversation to offer, it took about three weeks. Everyone I met was kind, prepared, and respectful of my time. Overall, it was one of the more well-run interview processes I’ve been part of.

It was for an intern role. First, there was an HR interview, which was pretty standard. Then, a technical interview in English where they asked about Linux commands, relational databases, and some SQL problems like how to remove duplicates. The last stage was with the manager, and it was a really weird and uncomfortable experience. They asked about my experience and motivation, and then out of nowhere, presented math problems (exponential equations, number sequences, and systems of equations). I never heard back, which is probably a good thing given the manager.
