Recruiter was responsive and professional after the initial call, and encouraged me to follow up by email. I did, but never heard back. I tried to reconnect multiple times and was ghosted. It's a bummer when a good start just goes silent, especially after being asked to do more. At a minimum, candidates deserve clear communication when things change.

An internal recruiter texted me to set up a call to discuss my background and logistics. The call was rushed and not well prepared. The time they gave me was unclear, and what I thought was PT turned out to be ET. Then, I met the hiring manager (CMO) within the following days. This meeting was held via Teams and off video. I sent a thank you email to the CMO after our conversation. The only way I could follow up with the recruiter was via text, and when I did (twice), I received no response. I was ghosted.

I interviewed with RCS - iHeartMedia for a Product Support Specialist role. After sending a thank you and follow-up email, I was told the process was ongoing to determine who would be good fit for a second interview. After that, I was not contacted again, and was left to assume I wasn't selected instead of being notified directly.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Had a phone screen, then two virtual interviews back to back, with one of them being with several people individually. Then I had to go in-person for a presentation. It was enjoyable, but I put a lot into it and didn't get an offer. The interviewers were really warm and genuine, which put me at ease.
