Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at iHeartMedia.
Producer
I had an in-person meeting with the Director of Operations. It was pretty casual, and they asked me some questions about my knowledge of the area. Later on, they asked about my management style, my availability, and how I'd deal with disciplinary problems.
- How many years have you been producing in this market?
Producer
Since I was a former intern, the process was easier and pretty nice. We talked about how I could use my previous experience in the new job and where I want to be in the future.
- Can you discuss your previous experience?
- What is your perspective on the company's future?
Producer
It was a short and friendly interview process. I got a tour of the work areas and met some of the staff. The interview itself wasn't very long and was mainly to gauge my interest in the role.
- What makes you interested in this particular role?
