The interview process was very straightforward. The final stage was a technical round, but the interviewers seemed disengaged and uninterested. They barely asked any questions, gave very uninspired responses, and then ended the interview abruptly, which felt quite unprofessional.

The interview at Icertis was pretty structured and they let me know what to expect, which was nice. It started with talking to the hiring team, then went into several rounds. They had me do technical talks, check out system design stuff, assess my leadership skills, and see if I was a good cultural fit. The people I talked to were experienced and asked good questions that were really about solving problems like you'd see in the real world, managing people, and making ML platforms bigger. They kept me in the loop the whole time and really seemed to care about their FORTE values. It was tough, but fair, and I got a good idea of what they expect and where I could grow.

The interview was a 2-round moderate difficulty process that felt well-structured and quick. Round 1 was all about checking my functional knowledge, specifically about CLM, my experience with SaaS implementations, and how I gather business requirements. They threw in some scenario questions to see how I'd solve problems and deal with clients. Round 2 was a behavioral chat to see if I'd fit in with Icertis' culture and their FORTE values, which was pretty impressive, honestly. We talked about real stuff like working in teams, managing clients, and how I adapt. It was a professional setup, and the interviewers were ready and nice, giving me a good vibe about the job and the company.

The interview process was exceptional, primarily due to the talent of the interviewers. From the initial technical rounds to the HR interaction, the entire team was highly qualified and thoroughly explained everything, addressing all potential questions. The first round focused on basic technical concepts, allowing me to build confidence while working through coding problems and learning about the role. The second round delved into intermediate to advanced topics, providing a comprehensive understanding of the position. The managerial round was great for discussing company culture, assessing cultural fit, and explaining the benefits and details of the job. The HR interaction was also outstanding, one of the best I've had in over 100 interviews. The ICERTIs team is truly the best interview team. The company is great, and I've already joined. There are many perks and benefits, with strong employee care and concern, creating a very positive office environment.
