The interview process was really well organized. I had a couple of rounds on video and a couple in person. Since it was a managerial role, it was good that the last round involved speaking with future subordinates. This gave them a chance to ask me questions and understand how I'd handle certain issues or scenarios before I joined. Overall, I was really happy with the whole interview process.

The interview process I went through consisted of one online test, followed by a technical interview with an architect. After that, there were two more rounds of technical and process-related interviews with a director. Finally, there was an HR round and several phone calls about compensation. The whole thing took over two months. HR was really bad at getting back to me, usually taking 10-14 days after each stage before suddenly scheduling the next one. Even after I passed all the technical parts, the compensation talks took a really long time, about 1.5 months. The HR person would disappear for weeks after calls. They were super unprofessional. The HR person even committed to a certain salary on the phone but then ghosted me again for two weeks and later refused to give me that amount. I ended up declining the offer because of this bait-and-switch, not because of the money itself. It was the worst interview experience I've ever had.

Applied via referral in early May 2024. HR (Rakhi Pukale) called within 2 weeks for a thorough screening, patiently listening to my experience. She was nice and gave me options for roles that fit my experience at iCertis. The whole interview process was done in less than a week and had 3 rounds total (2 with operations and 1 with HR). Rakhi was very supportive during offer discussion and answered all my questions. The process was smooth and well-organized. Interviewers were professional, polite, and interested in my skills and experience. They asked good questions that let me show my expertise. Overall, it was a positive experience with transparent and quick communication. Big thanks to Rakhi Pukale for the smooth interview experience!! Never seen such a fast turnaround time.
