I cleared all 4 technical rounds and also passed the online test and submitted the required documents. After a week, HR called and mentioned that my salary expectation was not aligned with the current band, which was surprising because it was discussed during the initial recruiter call. I suggest that HR/Management should get initial financial approval before proceeding to save time, as this process took about 3-4 weeks. Overall, it was a good experience.
