First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Icertis.
Quality Engineer
I was converted to a permanent employee at Icertis, so I only had one interview round. The process was straightforward, and the HR team did a great job managing everything from scheduling the interview to the final onboarding, with prompt follow-ups and excellent communication throughout.
- Considering it's within the CLM Domain, how would you test workflows for contract creation, approval, and negotiation?
- Could you describe some typical difficulties encountered in CLM testing?
- Can you explain the defect life cycle?
Senior Quality Engineer
I went through 3 technical interview rounds. The first was with a technical leader, the second with a technical manager, and the third with the Director. Then there was an HR round. I completed all 3 technical rounds and got a positive result. The HR person said she'd get back to me in 3-4 days. After that, I received an email stating my resume wasn't a fit for the role. It's frustrating because if that was the case, why waste my time with all the rounds?
- Can you describe your current roles and responsibilities?
QA Manager
It was 2 technical rounds and then 1 HR round. In the first round, the interviewer asked only 2 technical questions and the rest were personal. He even browsed my Facebook profile on his laptop during the interview.
- Could you write a code to find prime numbers?
- Can you write test cases for a refrigerator?
