The whole thing took over 5 weeks, it was really bad. The recruiter said I was great and I got good feedback from the 3 phone interviews. They kept asking if I had another offer. The in-person meeting was 3 hours long, and I had all the answers and more experience than needed. But after many follow-ups and weeks later, I got a generic email saying they chose someone else. I was shocked because I kept getting positive feedback. It's weird. Have some respect for people's time and give a proper rejection reason after almost picking someone.

It was a simple 4 stage interview process. They filtered candidates smartly. First HR then a first level call and then they called us for face to face. In the face to face round, you will be interviewed by the hiring manager, HR (for cultural fit) and then the regional head.
