The interview process at Hologic was really great and respectful. Every chat was clear and open about the company's mission. Chloe Rozatti explained the daily work and team vibe well. Tylia Tietje was really upfront and had a strong leadership vibe, she was real about what to expect but made the role sound exciting. Maleeha Mahmud shared good info about the department's growth and was open about changes. I felt informed and valued after the process, and excited about potentially joining a team that cares about people and making a difference. Hologic really sets a high standard for a good interview.

The first interview was a virtual meeting with the team leader, followed by a face-to-face meeting in the Manchester office to meet the rest of the team. The questions seemed pretty straightforward, and I felt like I was a good fit with the skills they were looking for. The manager came across as a bit cold, though the rest of the team seemed friendly. The feedback from the manager a few days later was disappointing because it didn't make sense and felt insulting, especially after I put in a lot of effort.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I went through a multi-stage interview process for the Medical Science Liaison position at Hologic. It included virtual interviews and a final in-person presentation. The interviewers were professional, knowledgeable, and really passionate about the company and its mission. The process was thorough and challenging, really focusing on scientific communication, strategic thinking, and real-world MSL scenarios. It was a long process, but communication was usually respectful and timely. I didn't get the job, but I really appreciated meeting the team and getting a feel for Hologic’s medical affairs culture.

I got reached out to by a recruiter who wanted to set up an interview. We picked a date and time and I used their booking tool, but then the recruiter didn't even show up. It took me chasing them for a whole week before they got back to me, saying my emails went to their spam. We finally rescheduled the screening call, but the recruiter seemed really hurried and didn't explain the job much. They said I'd hear back in seven business days. I got a standard rejection two days after that. Honestly, the whole communication and how things were organized was really bad.
