First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hologic.
Quality Engineer
It's a pretty simple process. They take their time to reach out, but once they do, you'll typically have a phone interview, followed by a multi-panel interview, and finally, a one-on-one with the hiring manager. After the interviews, dealing with HR can be a bit of a challenge. They can be a little inflexible initially and require a fair amount of back-and-forth communication.
- Tell me about yourself.
Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Had an initial phone screening with the internal recruiter, then had an initial interview with the hiring manager. Waited 3-4 weeks to interview remotely with an additional 5 personnel and the hiring manager again. Followed up with the recruiter a couple of days later and never heard back. This was a long interview process just to he ghosted by the company.
- Can you describe a time you had to deal with conflict resolution and what your approach was?
Quality Engineer
We started with 2 phone screens, one with HR and another with the Hiring Manager. Then, we moved to an in-person interview where I met the whole team in smaller groups, and after that, I met with the director and the hiring manager.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- Could you explain what IQ, OQ, and PQ mean?
- What prompted your decision to join Hologic?
