The interview with the third-party recruiter went fine. I was then selected to proceed, which meant filling out a psychological assessment. It was very impersonal. I filled it out like I would care for the customer. If that is not what they were looking for, then I guess it was worth not proceeding.

I had an interview with a panel of three people. I think it went pretty well, and the questions were pretty standard, nothing too tough. I didn't get a second interview, and they didn't really tell me why I wasn't considered. I applied again a year later for the same job, but this time I didn't even get a first interview, just got the same kind of generic email as before. I don't think I'll apply a third time. I feel like I have a lot to offer them, and I'm an honest, hard-working person who takes my job seriously. My duties are more important to me than just what's on paper; they're tied to my morals and ethics. It's tough out there with so much dishonesty, which is probably why recruiting is so hard.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty standard interview process. I had three interviews in total. The first was with the apprentice supervisor, and the other two were with area managers. The interview started out pretty standard and lasted about 30 minutes. We went over my resume and technical background, and they asked some simple technical/networking questions. Once I got a few of their questions right, the atmosphere definitely shifted, and the interview became more relaxed and friendly.
