Hologic Manager Interview Questions
& Process

Got referred by a current employee and got an interview invite within a week. Talked with two executives for about 30 minutes each, which seemed to go well. Then met with the hiring manager and other department folks. Had to do a 45-minute presentation too. Turns out, I was interviewed out of order, so I had a screening call with a recruiter afterward. After putting in a lot of time, they just went quiet for 3 months, giving excuses about travel and vacations for the delay. I wanted the job, but I wasn't going to keep chasing them. I proved I was a great candidate, and it was obvious they weren't moving forward. Just telling me "no" would have been better than dragging it out. The only good thing was a call from the recruiter after 3 months, who apologized for the bad experience and told me they decided not to move forward with the position because it was put on hold. I get that business happens, but it was a really disappointing experience. I expected better from Hologic. They seem smart, but this process didn't match that.

I found the job on LinkedIn and applied online. About a week later, I was contacted to schedule a screening call with a recruiter. The web interview with the recruiter was a straightforward conversation about my past experiences and how they relate to this job. It lasted about 25 minutes, and I had time at the end to ask general questions.

I applied online and heard back about 3 weeks later. The interview had a recruiter chat, a discussion with some coworkers and the hiring manager, and then a panel interview with upper management.
