The interview itself was good, but the admin side was a nightmare. They kept saying my emails were missing and blamed a typo on my part, even though I checked and my info was correct, and they used that same email to schedule the interview. It took three tries and a lot of back-and-forth for them to admit it was their mistake. Their lack of flexibility and constant problems make me question if they're serious about filling the role or just looking to hit a quota.

The first part was a 30-minute chat with the hiring manager, mostly about my background and skills and how I'd fit. Then, there was a second round which took an hour. They gave me a take-home data analysis task beforehand, and in this round, I had to present my findings and what I'd do next. This part was all about seeing how well I could analyze data, solve problems, present my insights, and communicate effectively.

The interview was pretty basic and mostly about whether I could work the hours, if I had customer service experience, and how I'd deal with angry customers. The people there were nice, and it all happened pretty fast with them telling me what was going on. It was straightforward and focused on availability, customer service experience, and handling difficult situations. The team was friendly, and the process moved quickly with clear communication throughout.

Behavioral Presentation

I had a Teams interview with two team members, which went well. They then invited me for an in-person interview at their headquarters in Matthews, NC, to meet with the whole team (5-6 people). This meeting involved me presenting my work and answering questions about it. After that, I got a tour of the workspace and met the department head. They concluded by asking about my salary expectations. They ghosted me for a month and only told me I didn't get the job after I contacted their boss about the hiring status. The office vibe felt a bit tense and negative.
