it was a lengthy interview process, with several phone calls before finally having an in-person meeting. everyone was nice and professional, but there was a lot of waiting time between rounds. after getting the offer, there wasn't much in terms of onboarding to justify the long wait, though this might be skewed by not knowing how many people applied initially.

I first had a phone interview with a recruiter who was really nice. Then I met with the district manager at their home office, and they were all great people. I got an offer for Assistant Customer Service Mgr, but I turned it down because I needed more money. They then saw what they could do and set up an interview with the VP, who was a good guy and conducted a nice interview.

I had a phone interview first. Then I was called in to interview with HR at the Charlotte home office, which lasted about an hour. After that, if it went well, I would have interviewed with the DM. I moved past the DM interview. Then I had a panel interview with the HR manager, Vice President, and Regional Operations. This lasted an hour to an hour and a half, where I fielded questions from all three. You should study your numbers and know about the company, know your sales, and know your customer score.
