Customer Service Representative
The interview was pretty basic and mostly about whether I could work the hours, if I had customer service experience, and how I'd deal with angry customers. The people there were nice, and it all happened pretty fast with them telling me what was going on. It was straightforward and focused on availability, customer service experience, and handling difficult situations. The team was friendly, and the process moved quickly with clear communication throughout.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with this company?
- Can you describe your approach to managing challenging or distressed customers?
Customer Service Representative
First, you need to apply online for the store you want to work at. After applying, you'll take a customer service test, which is kinda tricky. You can't just think about what you normally would do or say; you have to really get into the mindset of a customer service person whose main goal is to make every customer happy. Once you're done with the test and submit it, wait a few days to hear back from the store. If you don't hear from them after a few days, you should go to the store in person and introduce yourself. The store manager will then check your score on the customer service test online. If you got a high score, you'll move on to the hiring process. If you didn't do well, you should probably start looking for a different job...
- Were there any difficult questions?
Customer Service Representative
I heard from friends that this place is great to work at. However, the management is really disorganized. They kept moving me around until I just gave up. The managers seemed very confused. I ended up not knowing what to do. When I got back to the store, a supervisor mentioned that the store manager is on vacation and they had no clue when he would be back. Everyone else, including the associates, was really helpful. It was just the people in higher positions who messed things up.
- Can you describe how you would deal with pressure and conflict in a work setting?
