Uma recrutadora me contatou e discutimos a vaga. Depois, passei para a segunda fase, que foi um pair programming. Infelizmente, não passei dessa etapa. Apesar de ter completado apenas uma pequena parte do desafio, tivemos uma boa conversa sobre possíveis decisões de arquitetura. Achei que o tempo não foi suficiente para demonstrar todo o meu conhecimento, e tive a sensação de que não consegui mostrar nem 10% do que realmente sei. O pior é que o desafio técnico em si não é complicado, só não deu tempo de fazer ao vivo. Talvez seria mais produtivo se o desafio fosse enviado por e-mail e depois a gente defendesse a implementação com os engenheiros.

I applied through Gupy and received an email invitation with a date and time already set by the recruitment team, with no prior WhatsApp contact. The recruiter was very professional and transparent, explaining the entire end-to-end process, which helped optimize time and make it fairer. Although I wasn't approved, it was a unique interview experience. Unfortunately, I was quite nervous that day and realized they highly value storytelling, which wasn't my best skill at that moment. I appreciate being considered among over 400 applicants. I'm unsure if there was an immediate hiring intention as they frequently post vacancies, but it was still a positive experience. I received detailed, humanized feedback on why I didn't advance, mainly related to storytelling. It's part of the process! Thanks, GB! I'll use the tips for future opportunities.

I participated in a selection process at the group, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet the positive expectation I had of the company. The recruiters were correct and professional during the process. However, the interview with the manager took place at a time at the end of the working day and gave me the perception of a not very personalized conduction. During the conversation, there was little eye contact with the camera, which was justified as an analysis of my profile, but it still made me uncomfortable. The feedback from the process was also not positive for me, due to the way it was communicated, and ended up impacting the image I had of the company. Furthermore, I noticed a misalignment between the job description and the profile that, in practice, seemed to be being sought.

Me candidatei pela gupy e o RH me chamou para uma conversa inicial. Gostaram do meu perfil e no mesmo dia me avisaram que passei para a próxima fase, que era um System Design. Nessa etapa, precisei desenhar um sistema de cashback para integrar ao e-commerce e loja física. Após isso, o RH me contatou no mesmo dia e marcou a terceira etapa, que era Pair Programming. Eles apresentaram um problema com entrada e saída esperada, de dificuldade média. Depois dessa fase, o RH me convidou para agendar a próxima etapa com o gestor da vaga. Tivemos uma conversa onde ele fez perguntas hipotéticas sobre reações a situações ('se acontecer X qual seria a sua reação?') e uma troca de ideias. Depois disso, fiquei sem retorno por um mês, até que recebi um feedback gerado pelo GEMINI, vinculado à primeira etapa com o RH. Se esse feedback fosse real, eu não teria chegado à última etapa. Na minha opinião, eles estão testando candidatos externos mas querem aprovar gente interna, e o profissional fica sem um feedback claro.
