Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Grupo Boticário.
Administrative Assistant
I went through a screening and they asked me about salary expectations and availability to go to SJP every 15 days. In the interview, the recruiter seemed a bit stiff and even uncomfortable, she asked some questions about education, technical and behavioral skills, and if I had a success case. I was an apprentice at the Group and they don't hire apprentices as permanent staff, so she asked me the reason for my dismissal, even though it's part of the HR policy. The area of activity was only mentioned in the interview and not in the job description, which made me see that at that moment it didn't make sense.
- Can you share a success case?
- What are your technical skills?
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
Executive Assistant
The process was conducted respectfully and with great empathy by the recruiter. Even though it didn't work out, I felt extremely respected as a professional. If possible and it fits my profile, I would like to participate in future processes.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- What is your availability like?
- Are you seeking a hybrid work model?
Administrative Assistant
The process involves a test, followed by an interview with the HR manager, and then an interview with the area manager. They'll ask about your previous roles, your outlook, and your salary expectations. Nothing too unusual.
- Could you tell me about your past experiences at your previous company?
- What did you do previously?
- What are your perspectives?
