I applied, the response took a while. I had two interviews, one with recruitment and another with the manager. I found it very disrespectful because after I passed, the recruiter contacted me saying the position was no longer available due to internal reasons. I reapplied for the online recruitment interview, but they didn't let me in, acting as if the interview didn't happen. I tried to join at 2:00 PM and kept trying until 2:40 PM with no success. I felt it was very disrespectful because I really need a job.

The HR recruiter was quite disrespectful. First, they called me for an interview, and didn't tell me when or if I'd get a response. The interview was okay, but felt rushed at the end. I waited two weeks with no news, so I reached out to the recruiter myself. She replied days later saying I'd advanced and had an in-person interview with the manager scheduled for the next day. She didn't even ask if I was available, and I was out of town visiting my sick mom. I told her I couldn't make it and why, and she just said 'I'll see if I can reschedule.' Four days later, I was back in town and, again, with no word from HR, I sent a friendly message saying I was back and still interested. She then replied that the manager was at a certain location and asked if I could go there in two hours. I thought that was absurd! I was expecting something like 'What's your availability this week? We have these days and times for another interview, are you free?' I felt completely disregarded, like my time was less important because I'm looking for a job. It felt like they were saying 'You're unemployed and have nothing to do, so act desperate to get this job.' It was a terrible experience interviewing with Boticário. I consume their products a lot, so it's a real shame. If the interview process was like this, imagine working there? I backed out of the process.
