Uma recrutadora me contatou e discutimos a vaga. Depois, passei para a segunda fase, que foi um pair programming. Infelizmente, não passei dessa etapa. Apesar de ter completado apenas uma pequena parte do desafio, tivemos uma boa conversa sobre possíveis decisões de arquitetura. Achei que o tempo não foi suficiente para demonstrar todo o meu conhecimento, e tive a sensação de que não consegui mostrar nem 10% do que realmente sei. O pior é que o desafio técnico em si não é complicado, só não deu tempo de fazer ao vivo. Talvez seria mais produtivo se o desafio fosse enviado por e-mail e depois a gente defendesse a implementação com os engenheiros.

The hiring process utilized the Gupy platform. It included an HR stage, an interview with the hiring manager along with a case study, an interview with management, and finally, an offer letter. Everyone involved was very respectful and flexible with scheduling the interviews. The entire process was completed within 30 days.

I applied online through a terrible system the company uses and the next day they contacted me on WhatsApp. After a brief conversation, I was given a technical test by email. I took 3 days to finish the test, sent it by email and after 15 days I received a negative response in a totally generic email without any reason or evaluation described. I contacted the person who had contacted me and she informed me that she no longer provided services to the company. For a company that claims to value respect so much, I found the way the process was conducted extremely shameful. I invested a whole weekend doing the test in the smallest details, only to receive a response without any feedback with a generic message.
