It was quite difficult, the questions are in a sort of game format where you have to solve them as you go. There was one puzzle involving products, another about a truck and distance, which seems easy but requires a lot of thought before choosing, and also seemed to be time-sensitive. There was another puzzle about delivering an object to another side without being hindered by the wind. They are all simple logic questions, but you really have to think.

Participei do processo seletivo para o programa de estágio 2026, passei nas primeiras duas etapas, que foram a avaliação de currículo e dinâmica de grupo. A dinâmica envolve estudar bem sobre as essências da empresa e em uma parte da dinâmica eles sorteiam uma das essências para você falar sobre si mesma (ponto muito importante). O que talvez tenha sido a minha dificuldade foi que a dinâmica é fazer uma campanha de marketing e apresentar.
