I had a telephone prescreen interview with the HR Director, which was nice. Then, I had a second interview via Google Meet with the HR Director and an HR Manager from a different branch. The interview felt like everything I said was being intensely scrutinized, and it ran over time by 35 minutes, which made things a bit awkward because I had to leave for my daughter's important medical appointment. After that, I took a psychometric test, but I haven't heard back since.

Behavioral Technical

The typical interview process involves a screen and then a panel interview, which was long (60min) and pretty difficult. They said they'd give me a hiring decision at the end but then I was ghosted and didn't hear back after trying to reach out multiple times. The whole thing took 9 weeks and I was kept hanging with a "under consideration" status online forever, otherwise I would have stopped expecting anything sooner. I didn't get the job in the end, and the experience left a bad taste. A simple email rejection would have been fine and professional.

It was a really good interview process, the people I talked to were great and they got back to me quickly! First, there was an initial phone screen where we just got to know each other, and then I had a Zoom interview with the hiring manager.
