The overall interview structure and the people on the panel made a lot of sense, and I felt good about the experience. The total time for the process and how long each interview took felt right for what the job requires. The panel asked a lot of really relevant questions too.

I applied on their website and after about 2-3 weeks, I got a call for a phone interview. Once that was done, I was asked to set up an in-person interview. It took a bit of time to get scheduled because they prefer to interview several candidates at once and have them meet with different departments. The interview happened at their main HQ with three other people. We were each taken to a room to talk with someone from a specific accounting department. We had 30 minutes with each of the four departments. Mostly, the questions were similar across departments, but there were plenty of chances to ask our own questions. Everyone interviewing was really nice. I didn't end up getting an offer, but I felt it was a really good process.

I had a phone call for the first interview, and it felt pretty impersonal. The interviewer seemed to be reading from a script, and the questions were pretty generic. I'm not sure how they pick candidates that way.
