Sales
The interview process was amazing overall. It was well-organized, and the team made me feel comfortable. Each interviewer was friendly, asked good questions, and shared insights into the company culture. Communication was quick and clear at every step, and they seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. It was a positive experience that made me more excited about the role!
- Can you tell me what you know about our company?
Outside Sales Representative
It was a multi-stage interview process starting with a recruiter, then moving on to a local manager, then a regional manager, and finally a corporate executive. They flew me to several different states for interviews, but then they just completely ghosted me at the end.
- Describe a tough situation you handled, detailing the situation, your actions, and the results.
Sales Representative
The manager was 45 minutes late when I arrived for my interview. Right off the bat, he asked about my immigration status, which I found really offensive because I'm Canadian. The whole interview was pretty uncomfortable, with him looking at my resume and making rude comments about my background. I've never experienced anything like this in Canada before, and it was really disappointing.
- Are you on a work permit?
