Got a call from the recruiter, they were nice and quick. Then had a video interview with my potential supervisor. After that, I went in person for about half a day and met with like 4 or 5 people, and they showed me around the place. After all that, I never heard back from them.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

A recruiter reached out after I applied on LinkedIn. First, I had a phone screen with them, then an online interview with the hiring manager. Things were moving fast until I was invited for an onsite interview at their downtown Atlanta office, which consisted of three back-to-back 45-minute panel interviews with different team members. Unfortunately, I was completely ghosted after these interviews, even after sending a polite follow-up, which was really disappointing considering how much time and effort I put into it. I also noticed they reposted the job while ignoring candidates who had already gone through multiple rounds of interviews.

Behavioral Other

I went through a long interview process, about 6 hours total, with 2-3 interviewers at a time. They asked a lot of the same questions over and over, which I found to be insulting rather than difficult. It felt like they wanted someone who could just follow instructions like a robot and not think outside the box at all. They want someone to just perform a function and think very little.

Even though this was a while ago, the interview process has always been really organized and well-thought-out. I got this job as part of a big hiring push that got us down to the final 100 candidates out of 1000 applicants. There were several group interviews, and everyone on the interviewing team was super nice and knew their stuff. I got my offer about a month later, and the onboarding was great.
