Manager
I reached out to an internal recruiter after applying for a role. I was then connected with their colleague, the actual recruiter for the role, who asked for my availability for a call. After I provided my availabilities, I didn't hear back. I followed up a few more times over the next week or so, but I was ignored. It's common courtesy to at least provide a response, especially after I reached out to connect in the first place.

Manager
I applied online and about two weeks later, a recruiter reached out to set up an initial screening call. That went pretty well. Then, it was crickets for about a month. The recruiter eventually got back in touch to schedule a 30-minute screen with the hiring manager. It felt rushed, and the manager didn't seem very engaged. I wasn't expecting much after that, but was surprised when the recruiter contacted me about a panel interview. I sent over my availability within the given dates, but didn't hear back about scheduling until 4 PM the day before the panel. The panel interview day consisted of four separate interviews that took up most of the day. They were all behavioral questions, using the STAR method and focusing on MBA principles. I felt like those went well, but then I was ghosted by HR and the hiring manager. I'm guessing they chose someone else.
