I went through a long interview process, about 6 hours total, with 2-3 interviewers at a time. They asked a lot of the same questions over and over, which I found to be insulting rather than difficult. It felt like they wanted someone who could just follow instructions like a robot and not think outside the box at all. They want someone to just perform a function and think very little.

I applied on April 14th. Three days later, I got a link to a website to record myself answering questions. The next day, someone from the company emailed to let me know they'd sent the link. It expires in 7 days. I got rejected by email on April 30th. I never spoke to anyone directly.

I had two phone interviews, one with a recruiter and another with a senior corporate manager. Afterward, I went for a face-to-face interview with four facility managers: the plant manager, the purchasing manager, the interim facility controller, and the green-end superintendent. I really enjoyed talking with each of them. They asked behavioral questions, but mostly we had conversations, which I liked. The superintendent also gave me a tour of the plant, which was a great experience. Seeing the process firsthand really helped me understand what I'd be accounting for, giving me a better perspective than just looking at reports.
