It was a face to face interview where they asked behavior questions and a little about the company. I wasn't asked for the next round. It was easy but I was just not prepared. It was the basic behavior questions.

They tried to get to know me and answered all my questions. I had two behavioral interviews, and one of them ended up being my manager. Both interviewers stayed overtime to really get to know me. Overall, it was a really nice interview.

Behavioral Technical

I learned about the role at my school's career fair. Although I was hunting for a permanent position, they were looking for a summer intern and urged me to submit an application. I got invited for an interview on campus. It consisted of two interviews, each lasting thirty minutes, back-to-back. The first interview was with local employees, and we mainly went over my resume. The second interview was with a corporate HR representative and another employee. During this interview, they asked me situational questions. You should research market-based management to see if you are a good fit, as all the questions are related to it.
